About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and evaluate potential cooperation partners
- Develop decision-making materials for new partnerships
- Manage new partnerships from the initial idea through successful implementation
- Coordinate relevant stakeholders and monitor opportunities, risks, and commercial potential
- Collaborate with Product Management, Compliance, Data Protection, Legal, Marketing, and Sales
- Manage existing cooperation partners and further develop the collaboration
- Moderate alignment meetings, provide transparency on progress, risks, and priorities, and drive decision-making
- Analyze the usage, performance, and commercial value of partnerships
- Identify potential and derive improvement measures
- Plan and conduct partner webinars and supporting communications activities
- Ensure structured documentation and reporting for ongoing partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial training, a degree in business or economics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the financial services sector
- Experience in partnership management, partner management, business development, product management, or a comparable role
- Ideally, knowledge of mortgage lending, financial services, or a comparable environment
- Structured and analytical approach, combined with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to understand and evaluate commercial relationships and derive actionable recommendations
- Strong IT affinity and the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and products
- Ability to build relationships based on trust and bring together different interests
- Willingness to take responsibility, make decisions, and proactively bring initiatives to completion
- Fluent German with strong negotiation skills
