About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect residential, commercial and special-purpose properties, both internally and externally
Complete five pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate residential floor areas
Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity with the real estate sector and initial experience in the property industry, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with residential floor-area calculations and property measurements
Strong communication skills, reliability and an independent working style
Accuracy, diligence and a responsible approach to work
Professional, service-oriented and friendly manner
Confident use of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Class B driving licence and some driving experience
Very good command of German, both written and spoken
