About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both internally and externally
Complete five pre-planned full-day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team topics
Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity with the real estate sector and initial experience in the property industry, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
Communicative, reliable, and independent working style
Accuracy, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility
Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
Confident use of Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Category B driver's license and some driving experience
Very good written and spoken German
