About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both inside and outside
  • Complete five pre-planned day routes, with approximately 40 appointments per week
  • Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
  • Take measurements and calculate living areas
  • Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
  • Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters
  • Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a demonstrable interest in this field
  • Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
  • Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
  • Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner
  • Confident using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
  • Class B driver’s license and sufficient driving experience to operate a company car
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • No professional experience required
