About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties
Complete 5 pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate residential floor areas
Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters
The service team coordinates and schedules route planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience calculating residential floor areas and taking property measurements
Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently
Accuracy, diligence, and a responsible approach to work
Professional, service-oriented, and friendly manner
Confident using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Class B driver's license and solid driving experience
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
