About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties
Complete five pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance work required or carried out
Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters
Use the route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
Communicative, reliable, and independent working style
Accuracy, diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility
Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Category B driver’s license and some driving experience
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
