About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties both internally and externally
Complete approximately five pre-planned full-day routes, covering around 40 appointments per week
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
Participate in regular digital exchanges with colleagues on current team topics
Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
Well-presented, service-oriented, and friendly manner
Confident user of Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Category B driver's license and some driving experience
Very good written and spoken German
Candidates without professional experience are welcome
