About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties, both inside and outside
- Complete 5 pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties in the region
- Take measurements and calculate living areas
- Document the current construction status and any maintenance measures
- Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team-related topics
- Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Affinity with real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and an independent working style
- Accuracy, diligence, and a responsible approach to work
- Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
- Confident user of Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Category B driver’s license and some driving experience
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken
- Career level: No professional experience required
