About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties
Complete 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties in the region
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters
Use routes coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience calculating living areas and taking property measurements
Strong communication skills, reliability, and an independent working style
Accuracy, diligence, and a responsible approach to work
Well-groomed, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Class B driver’s license and some driving experience
Very good written and spoken German
