About the role

Conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties
Complete 5 pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate living areas
Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
Participate in regular digital exchanges with colleagues on current team topics
Focus on core responsibilities through coordinated route planning and scheduling by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate sector, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-area measurements and floor plans
Communicative, reliable, and self-motivated
Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
Proficient with Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Category B driver's license and some driving experience
Very good written and spoken German
Career level: No professional experience required
