About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspect residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both internally and externally
Complete five pre-planned day routes, with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
Take measurements and calculate living space
Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
Regularly exchange updates digitally with colleagues on current team topics
Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Affinity with real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
Ideally, experience with living-space calculations and property measurements
Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
Well-presented, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
Proficient in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
Class B driver's license and some driving experience
Very good written and spoken German
