About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect residential, commercial and specialized properties, both internally and externally
- Conduct five pre-planned day trips with approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate living areas
- Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
- Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team-related matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Affinity for real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
- Communicative, reliable and able to work independently
- Accurate, conscientious and responsible approach to work
- Well-groomed, service-oriented and friendly demeanor
- Confident using Excel, Microsoft Teams and Outlook
- Class B driver’s license and some driving experience
- Very good spoken and written German
