About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct internal and external inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties
- Complete five pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week across the nationwide service network
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate living areas
- Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
- Participate in regular digital exchanges with colleagues on current team topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Affinity for real estate, initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
- Ideally, experience calculating living areas and taking measurements
- Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
- Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
- Well-groomed, service-oriented, and friendly manner
- Proficient with Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Class B driver’s license and some driving experience
- Very good written and spoken German
