About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties inside and out
- Complete five pre-planned day routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate living areas
- Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
- Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues on current team topics
- Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a keen interest in this field
- Ideally, experience calculating living areas and taking measurements
- Communicative, reliable, and self-motivated
- Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
- Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
- Confident using Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Category B driver's license and some driving experience
- Very good written and spoken German
