About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect residential, commercial, and specialized properties both internally and externally
- Complete 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties
- Take measurements and calculate living areas
- Document the current construction progress and any maintenance measures
- Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team topics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Affinity with real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a strong interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
- Communicative, reliable, and able to work independently
- Precise, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
- Well-groomed, service-oriented, and friendly manner
- Proficiency in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Category B driving licence and sufficient driving experience to operate a company vehicle
- Excellent written and spoken German
