About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Inspect residential, commercial, and specialty properties, both inside and outside
- Complete 5 pre-planned daily routes with approximately 40 appointments per week
- Assess and document the structural and technical condition of properties in the assigned region
- Measure and calculate living areas
- Document the current stage of construction and any maintenance measures
- Maintain regular digital communication with colleagues regarding current team matters
- Use route plans coordinated and scheduled by the service team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in real estate and initial experience in the real estate industry, or a pronounced interest in this field
- Ideally, experience with living-area calculations and property measurements
- Communicative, reliable, and self-motivated
- Accurate, conscientious, and responsible approach to work
- Professional, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor
- Proficient with Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook
- Class B driver's license and some driving experience
- Very good written and spoken German
- No professional experience required
