About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work on digital products that deliver genuine value for customers, business units, and the organization as a whole
- Translate product strategy into precise objectives and problem spaces
- Ensure transparency and alignment within the team
- Conduct continuous Product Discovery through research, hypotheses, and experiments
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business value, and risk
- Proactively gather and structure requirements
- Maintain a value-driven backlog
- Plan iterative releases together with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders
- Continuously challenge the team’s ways of working and introduce process improvements, for example through automation or AI tools
- Facilitate problem spaces, manage expectations, and communicate strategy, progress, and risks clearly
- Facilitate conflicts empathetically and with a solution-oriented approach
- Define KPI targets for outcomes and ensure impact measurement
- Take responsibility for the success of your own initiatives, including reviews and course corrections
- Work closely with Tech, Design, and business units
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Product Management or a comparable role
- Experience in Product Discovery, processes, structuring, prioritization, and agile ways of working
- Strong structuring and analytical skills
- Ability to create high-quality requirements, such as PRDs, User Stories, and process documentation
- Solid technical understanding of complex system logic, APIs, data flows, and technical dependencies
- Ability to act as an interface between business and technology without being a developer
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly, advocate for priorities, and facilitate discussions constructively
- Active use of AI to work more efficiently and effectively
- Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and approaches
- Ability to independently build and further develop small tools and prototypes
- Curiosity and broad interest in new approaches, methods, and technologies
- Continuous reflection on and development of your own work and approach
- Data-driven decision-making based on data and hypotheses
- Independent and transparent working style, with ownership of results
- Very good German and English skills at a minimum C1 level
