Key responsibilities & impact

Develop solution plans supporting business investment decisions while balancing costs, risks, and product quality
Create innovative and practical end-to-end technical solution designs aligned with business strategy and HYPR context
Oversee and lead successful implementation of designs and architectures
Manage expectations and risks
Ensure appropriate organizational structures, principles, tools, and responsibilities are in place
Provide architecture leadership and subject matter expertise to client engagements focused on Passwordless implementation and adoption
Ensure successful implementation plans and production deployments
Work collaboratively with internal and external teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 8+ years in a solution or technical architect role deploying Linux based on-premise and hosted solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms
Experience with authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), Multi Factor Authentication, Identity Providers (Entra, Okta, PingFederate, ForgeRock or others)
Knowledge of enterprise architecture including load balancing, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.
Knowledge of and experience with implementing FIDO Passkeys; experience with Microsoft Passkeys preferred
Knowledge of and experience with IAM in the context of leading HRMS software (Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle), etc.
Managed the end-to-end life cycles of a project in solution architect capacity
Experience or comfort in the use and guidance of REST APIs and SDKs
Experience or comfort with FIDO UAF and FIDO2
Experience with Identity Access Management standards such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2.0
Experience with Linux Administration and SQL/MySQL Administration
STEM background preferred
May be required to work outside normal working hours in their time zone to partner with global IT Services staff
