About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales team in designing and configuring cybersecurity solutions that meet customer requirements
- Create Bills of Materials for cybersecurity solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Solution Centre to support security-related sales activities and increase partner engagement
- Occasionally deliver post-sales implementation support and trainings for cybersecurity products
- Communicate cybersecurity product and solution information to internal and external audiences
- Respond to technical inquiries from colleagues, vendors, and partners regarding cybersecurity offerings
- Build and maintain technical contact with assigned cybersecurity vendors
- Work toward cybersecurity certifications and develop technical expertise
- Respond to support issues and follow up on internal technical requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry-level technical role within the Cybersecurity team
- Familiarity with cybersecurity Palo Alto solutions, RSA or Barracuda is highly desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Portuguese and English are mandatory
- Spanish is a plus
- Detail-oriented, with good organizational and priority management skills
- General knowledge of the IT and cybersecurity industry is a plus but not required
- Previous exposure to security technologies or certifications is a plus, but not mandatory
