Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives to modernize business systems
Drive operational improvements and implement innovation
Align technology with organizational growth objectives
Lead a team and evaluate emerging technologies to support efficiency, scalability, and competitive advantage
Transform business needs into actionable technology solutions
Optimize enterprise platforms such as ERP and construction/fleet systems
Lead cross-functional meetings, communication, and execution
Advise leadership, support, and field teams on business and technical matters
Evaluate, select, and implement technologies for scale
Lead technology resources and “shadow IT” personnel in operational and strategic projects
Create and execute project plans, timelines, testing protocols, issue lists and resolutions, change management structures, and resource allocations
Ensure projects align with short-term and long-term business goals and are completed on time and on budget
Analyze workflows and processes to identify gaps and solutions
Implement and/or consolidate technology tools to streamline operations
Lead enterprise reporting, data collection, compliance, and analysis
Provide data insights, dashboards, and information for strategic decisions and customer requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Management, Construction, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years of experience leading business transformation, process improvement, technology integration, or analysis
Minimum five years in a managerial role
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Project management expertise
Change management experience
Reporting and analytics experience
Technical knowledge of system scoping, testing, and integration tools
Experience with ERP, AI tools, and application development, such as ViewPoint Vista, Tenna, and time tracking systems
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SQL
Strong understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycle preferred
Familiarity with mobile field data collection tools
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing and able to meet strict deadlines
Local to York, Pennsylvania preferred
Willingness to travel occasionally to other offices, customer facilities, jobsites, and yard locations
Can-do attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams
