About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with electrical design coordination using Autodesk Revit
- Assist with Virtual Design to Prefabrication workflows and handoffs
- Perform clash detection and resolution using Autodesk Navisworks and Revit
- Perform drawing scope revision reviews
- Document project changes in blueprints and identify changes
- Support coordination and development of electrical construction projects
- Work under the close supervision of professional staff
- Contribute to the goals of the VDC department and company
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Certification in Construction/Engineering related field, Computer-Aided Design (CAD)/Design Technology
- Technical school students with relevant coursework or experience in Revit, Navisworks, BIM, or CAD are encouraged to apply
- Valid Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Interest in the electrical contracting industry desired
