About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with various stakeholders while considering interdependencies between initiatives
- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify needs and recommend solutions supporting growth, efficiency, client experience, advisor experience, and employee experience objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops from an innovation, optimization, and performance perspective
- Conduct documented, data-driven analyses
- Participate in business process modeling
- Assess impacts of changes and contribute to optimized solutions
- Define business needs and requirements
- Contribute to the product backlog
- Translate business rules for technology teams
- Participate in testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in transformation, data integration, and business process optimization environments
- Advanced proficiency in French
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Daily communication through emails and meetings with English-speaking business partners
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to simplify complex information and create visuals that support decision-making
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and exercise influential leadership within large-scale projects
- Rigor, results-oriented mindset, and ability to propose innovative and high-performing solutions
- Autonomy, teamwork, proactivity, and strong organizational and prioritization skills
