Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in business architecture or analyzing complex issues within the insurance and individual savings sectors
  • Extensive knowledge of the sector’s products, processes, systems, and distribution networks
  • Advanced English and French proficiency
  • Strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strategic thinking grounded in practical execution
  • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking
  • Ability to simplify complex issues and develop clear, structured, and compelling communications
