Requirements

What you’ll need

Has relevant education or equivalent practical experience
Has at least five years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrates strong communication, engagement, and influencing skills
Is recognized for their analytical mindset, creativity, proactive approach, and ability to find solutions
Is naturally curious and actively seeks out new practices and ideas
Is comfortable learning through action and working in ambiguous situations
