About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build personalized relationships with clients and create a climate of trust supporting the sale of auto and home insurance policies
- Follow the company’s underwriting policies
- Help increase client retention
- Provide high-quality advisory service focused on clients’ real needs
- Collaborate with colleagues in a dynamic and motivating environment
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients
- Complete an 8-week paid training program and prepare for AMF exams if not yet licensed
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma with 3 years of work experience OR college diploma (or higher)
- Recognition of a diploma obtained outside Quebec (MIFI or WES)
- Advanced proficiency in French, with regular verbal and written communication with French-speaking clients and colleagues across Canada
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and stress management
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn
- Interest in sales
- Ability to build trust and communicate with empathy and professionalism
- Teamwork orientation
- AMF Damage Insurance license for the licensed training cohort, or ability to complete the training and prepare for the exams
