About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain the documentation required to support the IT services under the team's responsibility
- Improve processes to reduce the number of requests and optimize the efficiency of their handling
- Provide second-level support for assistance requests from information technology users
- Gather, analyze, and communicate relevant data to resolve issues and incidents affecting users
- Collaborate with IT teams to obtain the necessary information and escalate issues and incidents when required
- Assess and monitor the effort required and timelines associated with assigned responsibilities
- Participate in monitoring, evolving, and supporting the sector's applications, systems, and practices
- Participate in various projects and advise designers, solution architects, analysts, and developers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesis skills
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- High level of rigor, autonomy, and ongoing curiosity for learning
- Strong communication, writing, and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar IT support or analysis role
- Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) or Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in computer science, or other relevant training
- Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industries is an asset
- Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, Lean, and DevOps methodologies, as well as the software development lifecycle, is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in French
- Intermediate proficiency in English
