About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze subsidiary technology environments to identify gaps relative to corporate IT standards
  • Document architectures and technical workflows, and assess migration impacts on organizational systems
  • Map existing IT processes and develop transition plans toward the target corporate operating model
  • Gather and structure business requirements and produce functional documentation
  • Analyze IT contracts, identify consolidation opportunities, and support technology purchasing decisions
  • Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and business partners to ensure successful integrations
  • Contribute to risk identification, project governance, and monitoring of integration activities
  • Support change management initiatives and promote sustainable adoption of corporate processes and solutions
  • Integrate newly acquired subsidiaries with corporate IT processes, systems, and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT analysis, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Advanced level of both French and English
  • Daily verbal and written collaboration with unilingual English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders across Canada and internationally
  • Ability to analyze and simplify complex technological and organizational challenges
  • Ability to connect business needs with technology solutions
  • Ability to map, optimize, and standardize processes
  • Analytical mindset and ability to provide informed recommendations
  • Understanding of application environments, data, and IT infrastructure
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and communication skills in transformation and change management contexts
