About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent development needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of talent development, leadership development, and artificial intelligence skills programs
Integrate emerging trends, industry best practices, and artificial intelligence-enabled opportunities into initiatives
Define measures to assess program impact and adjust approaches to maximize results
Ensure initiatives align with strategic priorities and promote a culture of continuous learning
Produce documentation and presentations
Provide regular status reports
Proactively communicate project progress, issues, and results
Represent the Learning and Development Centre of Excellence in internal and external forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in human resources management, organizational psychology, career counselling, educational technology, adult education, or a related field
Minimum of five years of experience designing and implementing programs in organizational development, talent development, leadership development, or a related field
Strong interest in project-based work and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights based on needs and available data
Comfortable using artificial intelligence tools to increase efficiency, enhance analysis, and contribute to learning solutions
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders while demonstrating autonomy
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with collaborative tools
Proactivity, creativity, and client focus
Advanced proficiency in French
Intermediate proficiency in English
Frequent participation in meetings and review and production of documentation in English with internal and external stakeholders
