Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Holds a university degree in law
  • Is a member of the Barreau du Québec
  • Has five or more years of relevant legal experience
  • Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to turn complex legal matters into practical solutions
  • Shows intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and sound judgment
  • Has excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
  • Takes a collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach while managing multiple priorities
  • Ideally has experience in commercial and contract law, as well as knowledge of insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry
  • Has an intermediate level of English proficiency
  • Requires frequent oral and written communication across Canada and collaboration with unilingual English-speaking colleagues
