About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, organize, and coordinate activities related to multiple data, business intelligence, and artificial intelligence initiatives
Track timelines, risks, budgets, and dependencies
Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, business partners, and vendors
Produce and maintain tracking metrics, action plans, and governance presentations
Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, prioritization workshops, refinement sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
Support teams in applying Agile and Lean-Agile practices
Remove delivery impediments and support work prioritization
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management, planning, capacity management, and delivery predictability practices
Participate in implementing tools, processes, and metrics that promote the operational efficiency of Data and AI initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 7 years of experience in project management, coordination, or facilitation of delivery teams in an Agile or Lean-Agile environment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or another relevant field
Experience with projects related to data, business intelligence, analytics, data platforms, or digital transformation
Knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Planner, or similar tracking tools is an asset
Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent), knowledge of SAFe, or experience with artificial intelligence or automation projects is an asset
Intermediate proficiency in English
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
Collaborative leadership, positive influence, and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Highly self-motivated, with a strong sense of priorities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and multidisciplinary team facilitation skills
