Support managers and teams in preparing business cases, prioritizing initiatives, and evolving strategic roadmaps
Orchestrate initiative portfolio management throughout the lifecycle to align with organizational objectives
Monitor project execution and contribute to achievement of expected business benefits
Provide visibility into portfolio performance and deliver strategic decision-support reporting
Collaborate with stakeholders across sectors to address prioritization challenges, identify risks, and implement solutions
Ensure quality, integrity, and compliance of portfolio management data and processes
Improve portfolio management practices through knowledge sharing and development of new tools
Support financial planning, budget monitoring, audit, and governance processes
Represent the department in forums and governance bodies

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of experience in project management
3 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management
In-depth understanding of project and portfolio management
Knowledge of key financial principles
Solid understanding of Lean-Agile practices
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry is considered an asset
Experience in an advisory role supporting senior leadership is considered an asset
Advanced proficiency in both French and English is required
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to formulate fact-based recommendations
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
Influential leadership and stakeholder partnership skills
