Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from inception through realization of expected benefits
Lead scoping of strategic initiatives by defining objectives, scope, outcomes, dependencies, and success criteria
Develop recommendations, roadmaps, decision-making materials, and delivery plans
Define expected benefits and success metrics and track value delivered
Plan and manage the full project lifecycle
Coordinate internal teams and external partners
Establish governance and facilitate decision-making forums
Support prioritization and trade-off decisions
Engage business, technology, and finance stakeholders through influential leadership
Manage scope, costs, schedules, risks, quality, and dependencies
Support change adoption, continuous improvement, and benefits realization
Ensure alignment with GPMO standards
Focus portfolio initiatives on FinOps practice evolution and cloud foundations modernization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in project management or strategic program delivery
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Expertise in Agile, Lean, hybrid, or traditional project management approaches
Ability to adapt project management methodology to the context
Knowledge of cloud environments, FinOps practices, technology governance, or digital transformation considered an asset
Advanced proficiency in both French and English
Ability to communicate and collaborate regularly in English, verbally and in writing
Ability to lead complex strategic initiatives in a matrix environment involving multiple stakeholders
Influential leadership and ability to mobilize multidisciplinary teams
Ability to structure strategic initiatives, establish governance, and support decision-making
Sound judgment, analytical thinking, and political acumen
