Key responsibilities & impact

Lead detailed technical design of complex networking projects independently
Ensure project integrity through production deployment
Act as technical leader for analysts, delivery teams, partners, and vendors
Advance initiatives, clarify decisions, and challenge proposed solutions constructively
Design simple, standardized, secure, and self-service networking services
Support development teams with application and API connectivity, exposure, and protection requirements
Drive evolution of automation, NetDevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code
Produce technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing
Mentor and coach analysts
Help evolve the team toward end-to-end automation, security by design, and close collaboration with development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience designing complex networking solutions in hybrid and cloud environments
Technical leadership and ability to positively influence teams and stakeholders
Autonomy, initiative, and ownership of complex mandates from end to end
Ability to communicate and simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills and sound decision-making
Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
Collaborative approach and customer focus
Expertise in cloud networking, including Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI
Expertise in application delivery and exposure, including Akamai CDN/WaaP/DNS and NGINX
Expertise in cloud interconnectivity
Expertise in automation, including Terraform, Ansible, and Azure DevOps
Knowledge of BGP/OSPF routing fundamentals
Knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls
Advanced French
Intermediate English
Ability to communicate weekly with English-speaking technology partners and solution providers by email and conference calls
