About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze requests for changes to universal life insurance policies and determine their impact on the insurer’s risk and the client’s tax situation
  • Process, code, and analyze complex transactions in information systems
  • Perform accounting tasks, including reconciling accounts and policy values
  • Address the needs of clients and advisors regarding individual universal life insurance policies
  • Create contract illustrations and prepare special quotations
  • Produce financial analyses and administer complex solutions, including Investment Loans (IRIS) and Collateral Loan Agreements (CLAs)
  • Manage collections and prepare legal documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners on complex cases
  • Analyze data and reports
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of tools, systems, and software

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-directed, and dynamic
  • Ability to manage complex cases and resolve challenging situations
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
