About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the Momentum Subject Matter Expert, leading product demonstrations for clients, stakeholders, and end users
Demonstrate Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities for technical and non-technical audiences
Prepare and maintain demo-ready sandbox environments, including loading, validating, and managing test data
Develop and maintain realistic datasets and end-to-end business process scenarios
Translate technical concepts, system functionality, and business processes into clear, user-friendly language
Respond to stakeholder and user questions during demonstrations, workshops, and meetings
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and system-related questions in real time
Partner with functional, technical, and program teams to align demonstrations with customer requirements and best practices
Support user adoption, training, and organizational change management activities
Continuously enhance demonstration content and scenarios based on customer feedback, evolving requirements, and new system capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum 4 years of hands-on Momentum experience supporting a large federal contract or federal agency environment
Experience leading product demonstrations, training sessions, workshops, or stakeholder presentations
Strong knowledge of Momentum functionality, business processes, and system capabilities
Ability to translate technical information into plain language for business users, stakeholders, and end users
Experience configuring and maintaining sandbox or test environments, including loading and validating test data
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot and answer functional and system-related questions in real time
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred: experience supporting Momentum implementations, enhancements, upgrades, or modernization initiatives
Preferred: experience with federal financial management, acquisition or budgeting processes
Preferred: experience presenting to executive leadership and senior stakeholders
Preferred: experience developing training materials, demonstration scripts, business scenarios, and user adoption content
Preferred: familiarity with organizational change management and user adoption strategies
Preferred: relevant Momentum, business analysis, project management, training, or related certifications
Preferred: consulting experience supporting federal government clients
