Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain applications, ensuring the adoption of software coding and design best practices
Implement features based on business and technical requirements
Contribute to the continuous evolution of solutions
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborating with the team to define solutions
Work with the team to resolve technical challenges
Support process automation, including CI/CD and automated testing
Ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables
Work as required by the service in one or more areas: backend, frontend, or full-stack

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a degree in any field plus a postgraduate qualification in IT (minimum 360 hours)
Experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language
Knowledge of API development
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Git version control
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
Familiarity with software quality best practices
Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, teamwork, and active listening skills
Autonomy, organization, and time-management skills, with a results-oriented mindset
