About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference, functional, and staff performance assessments
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
- Perform other typical BCBA activities
- Focus on delivering high-quality care and lasting impact for children and families
- Collaborate with experienced BCBAs and leaders
- Work with and develop RBT teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Masters degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
