About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
- Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference assessments, functional assessments, and staff performance assessments
- Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly

- Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and measurable outcomes for individuals with autism and their families
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree
- Active BCBA certification, required
- Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required)
- Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
