Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in BI development, data integration, or data engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, or strong experience with Azure Synapse/Data Factory and a willingness to master Fabric quickly
  • Advanced proficiency in DAX
  • Proficiency in Power Query (M)
  • Experience designing semantic models and optimizing performance
  • Strong command of SQL
  • Good working knowledge of Python
  • Experience with Spark for data transformation
  • Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and modern CI/CD workflows
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English
  • Curious, structured, self-directed, and problem-solving-oriented
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (asset)
  • Experience in finance, credit, lending, or financial technology (asset)
  • Knowledge of data governance and privacy compliance (asset)
  • Experience with Power BI Embedded, row-level security (RLS), or report automation (asset)
  • Knowledge of Data Vault or dimensional (Kimball) modeling (asset)
