Key responsibilities & impact

Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices
Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization, integrations, and best practices
Support implementation and provide technical oversight
Ensure deliveries follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes
Oversee ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications
Improve performance and address bottlenecks in ServiceNow and integrated solutions
Design quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards
Collaborate with project managers to maintain project scope and timelines
Communicate project status to practice leadership and clients
Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status
Design security plans and ensure compliance with security requirements
Create architecture diagrams, design specifications, implementation guidelines, and other technical documentation
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions across the practice
Maintain expertise in ServiceNow, integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends
Build and maintain client relationships
Mentor and coach ServiceNow professionals and develop career growth plans
Foster relationships between ICF, ServiceNow, and clients
Develop client roadmaps for new ICF services and ServiceNow license opportunities
Present technical solutions to potential clients
Collaborate with proposal teams on technical proposals and oral presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Active Secret Clearance
Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S.
One of CISSP, Security+, CASP+, or CISM certifications
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer preferred
In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
Understanding of federal government security and compliance rules including NIST, RMF, eMASS, DoDM 8140, and IL4/IL5 concepts
Understanding of Risk Management concepts and systems including IRM
Understanding of platform security including RBAC, Data Policies, SSO, and integration security
Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting
Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies
Excellence in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages
Experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations
Expertise in system architecture and design principles, including scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
Excellent conflict resolution skills
