About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Department of Energy, Government of Chhattisgarh/Tripura, in monitoring and implementing renewable energy programs
- Support monitoring and implementation of renewable energy projects and government schemes, including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana and PM-KUSUM
- Work closely with the Department of Energy, CSPDCL, and CREDA
- Assist in project tracking, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and data analysis
- Support training and capacity-building initiatives for government officials
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Master's degree in Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the renewable energy sector in India
- Experience supporting at least one renewable energy project with a state utility, government department, or renewable energy agency
- Exposure to project monitoring, implementation, or advisory assignments
- Good understanding of renewable energy projects and government programs
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English
