About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage overall Salesforce Digital Transformation Center operations and service delivery
- Manage Salesforce administrators, architects, and security specialists
- Lead daily client status calls, team standups, tenant-customer calls, CIO reviews, and other operational meetings
- Manage the DTC customer presales pipeline, including use-case qualification, requirements discovery, solution recommendations, and ROM estimates
- Onboard new DTC customer project teams onto the Salesforce platform
- Manage the release calendar and coordinate customer application deployments
- Manage daily operations and maintenance support activities
- Manage license inventory, allocations, and renewals
- Manage platform ATO renewal assessments and mid-year changes
- Co-lead technical design reviews with Salesforce architects
- Write policy and procedure documentation and manage the DTC Governance Library
- Improve DTC operations and toolsets and lead implementation of enhancements
- Prepare and present monthly status reports covering team performance, deliverables, schedule, financials, and SLA attainment
- Support ICF Salesforce Practice growth activities, including RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, and oral presentations
- Lead client relationships and technical conversations with architects, tenant development teams, government program and contract staff, and executives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading large complex IT projects and managing technical staff, with direct contract delivery responsibility
- 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects and/or Centers of Excellence in a client-facing role
- Active Salesforce Certified Administrator certification; Trailblazer profile link required in resume
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator performing declarative (no-code) development in a medium-to-large enterprise Salesforce environment
- 3+ years of experience coordinating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce and GitHub as source control
- 1+ years of experience providing complex cost allocations, chargebacks, and reporting, including cloud consumption, licensing, and labor
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal public trust or equivalent client-required background investigation
- Must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S.
- Advanced Administrator- and/or consultant-level Salesforce platform knowledge
- Familiarity with core Salesforce capabilities, system and user administration, system integrations, and declarative configuration
- Salesforce Consultant and/or Architect certifications preferred
- 3 years of Salesforce consultation experience preferred
- 2+ years supporting U.S. Government clients and familiarity with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Experience with enterprise data governance, cloud-based data warehousing, and/or Salesforce Data 360 preferred
- Basic understanding of Mulesoft capabilities and API-based integrations preferred
- Familiarity with OmniStudio preferred
- Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM licenses and provisioning preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange utilities, Docusign, and Own preferred
- Basic understanding of MFA/SSO, networking, and encryption preferred
- Certifications necessary for practice expertise must be upheld and maintained
- Ability to work core hours of 8 AM–6 PM EST and participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation
