  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions aligned with client requirements
  • Identify and solve potential technical challenges
  • Support delivery of ServiceNow solutions and provide technical oversight
  • Ensure implementations follow ICF and ServiceNow standards and processes
  • Oversee ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications
  • Ensure data consistency and integrity across platforms
  • Conduct performance analysis and optimize ServiceNow and integrated solutions
  • Address performance bottlenecks
  • Design quality assurance plans and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards
  • Work with project managers to keep projects within scope and timeline
  • Communicate project status with practice leadership and clients
  • Support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status
  • Design security plans and ensure compliance with security requirements
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guidelines
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and lead knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Stay current on ServiceNow, integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance
  • Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Highly preferred: CIS Certifications in at least two of SPM, ITSM, Discovery, SecSecOps, Event Management, Vulnerability Response
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends
  • Understanding of federal government security and compliance rules such as NIST, RMF, eMASS, DoDM 8140, and IL4/IL5 concepts
  • Understanding of Risk Management concepts and systems including IRM
  • Understanding of platform security including RBAC, Data Policies, SSO, and integration security
  • Experience with Integration Hub, REST API, and custom integration scripting
  • Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and commonly integrated third-party technologies
  • Excellence in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant languages
  • Experience designing and leading complex solutions and integrations
  • Expertise in system architecture and design principles, with ability to develop scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
