About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Growth Enablement team and subject matter experts in developing client-facing materials, including discovery questions, one-pager brochures, and pitch decks
  • Contribute research, drafts, and edits under close guidance from team members and subject matter experts
  • Audit and refresh outdated content in the proposal content library
  • Work with business development writers and subject matter experts to keep materials current, reusable, and easy to find
  • Design editable PowerPoint graphics and visuals that clarify complex ideas and technical concepts
  • Explore and apply AI tools to accelerate content development, drafting, editing, organizing, and formatting
  • Gain hands-on experience in business development operations supporting utility clients

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • By start date, a minimum of 60 completed college-level credit hours in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to learn new things quickly
  • Experience conducting research, organizing, and analyzing information
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with advanced skill in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must submit the application directly as the applicant
