About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support marketing and communications initiatives across the organization
  • Assist with drafting, editing, coordinating, and publishing articles, newsletters, presentations, email campaigns, website content, social media posts, videos, and infographics
  • Support planning and execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Coordinate project timelines, creative requests, campaign materials, approvals, and stakeholder communications
  • Conduct research on audiences, industries, competitors, media opportunities, and emerging marketing trends
  • Collect and analyze campaign data, performance metrics, and audience insights for reporting and recommendations
  • Assist with digital marketing, social media, paid media, website, or campaign operations activities
  • Support events, webinars, workshops, and other internal or external engagement activities
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, creative, analytics, operations, and business partners to complete projects and meet deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • By start date, a minimum of 15 completed college-level credit hours
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, public relations, or a related field (preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in marketing, communications, content, research, analytics, or campaign management
  • Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team
  • Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented approach to work
  • Interest or experience in content development, corporate communications, social media, digital marketing, campaign coordination, research, analytics, graphic design, or event support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to meet additional education, work-location, or assignment-specific requirements included in the individual posting
