About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and support program activities, events, tasks, and deliverables
- Research and analyze market trends, customer segments, competitive landscapes, and energy efficiency equipment
- Evaluate market potential, program growth opportunities, and distributor, contractor, and trade ally networks
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, Marketing, IT, Customer Care, and other cross-functional teams
- Develop outreach, sales, customer targeting, decarbonization, equity and affordability, lead generation, and value proposition strategies
- Prepare and maintain reports, schedules, meeting minutes, technical specifications, calculations, and other program documentation
- Summarize findings and present actionable recommendations
- Support client presentations and communicate program results to internal and external stakeholders
- Review program processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Support field-based staff, participating Trade Allies, contractors, customers, and consultants
- Track contractor enrollment and assist technical teams with QA/QC standards
- Provide administrative and communications support
Requirements
What you’ll need- By start date, a minimum of 30 completed college-level credit hours is required, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, Energy Management, or a related field
- Must be able to pass any required background checks, which may include drug screening
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Work Authorization is required
- Strong organizational, time management, task prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and collaborative communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience with program coordination, documentation, research, data collection, market analysis, or sales planning projects
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or VBA
- Interest in energy efficiency, market research, and sales strategy
- Familiarity with HVAC, water heating, space heating, kitchen equipment, or lighting technologies is a plus
