About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support planning and implementation of technical and infrastructure activities
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing DPRs, drawings, specifications, and reports
  • Conduct field inspections to monitor quality and physical progress
  • Compare site progress with approved plans, schedules, and technical requirements
  • Document site observations, constraints, and corrective-action needs
  • Support measurement and reporting of physical progress
  • Coordinate with the Project Coordinator, contractors, consultants, and municipal engineers
  • Provide technical inputs to progress reviews and reports
  • Maintain field records, inspection notes, and photographic documentation
  • Support CITIIS platform reporting and technical capacity-building activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in urban infrastructure or municipal projects
  • Experience with DPR review
  • Experience with construction monitoring and site supervision
  • Experience with quality monitoring
  • Experience with progress reporting
  • Experience coordinating with ULBs or government agencies
  • Hands-on experience in urban infrastructure implementation
  • Experience reviewing DPRs and technical documents
  • Experience with site monitoring and physical progress tracking
  • Experience with technical documentation
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and government stakeholders
  • Application must be submitted directly by the applicant
