About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product strategy and vision across IDIQ's subscription-based consumer products, including identity theft protection, credit monitoring, credit reporting, and pre-paid legal plans
  • Define and communicate product vision aligned with IDIQ's mission to empower financial wellness
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps with milestones balancing growth, innovation, and operational excellence
  • Set product priorities and deliver quarterly objectives aligned with company strategy
  • Own pricing and packaging strategy, including tier design, offer and paywall testing, discounting discipline, and price realization
  • Lead a dispersed product team of group product managers, product owners, and designers
  • Partner with the CTO, who owns the engineering build
  • Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and the post-launch subscription lifecycle
  • Drive data-informed product decisions through user research, analytics, and experimentation
  • Establish product operating cadence, governance, quarterly business reviews, and executive/Board reporting
  • Maintain customer understanding through research, feedback, and direct engagement across B2C and B2B channels
  • Focus on subscriber retention, lifetime value, and churn reduction
  • Partner with sales, partnerships, customer success, Tech, Marketing, and Legal/Compliance
  • Build relationships with executives, board members, and strategic partners
  • Monitor trends in fintech, identity protection, credit intelligence, and financial wellness
  • Identify customer-facing AI opportunities and drive product innovation
  • Assess the portfolio for rationalization, consolidation, or expansion and make build, partner, or sunset decisions
  • Support go-to-market strategy and smooth product launches across channels and brands
  • Manage a team of full-time employees

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience
  • 5+ years in a Product leadership role
  • Proven track record leading and optimizing high-performing product teams across multiple product lines or brands
  • Deep experience in fintech, financial services, or adjacent regulated industries such as security, identity management, or SaaS
  • Strong expertise in B2C product development
  • Experience building products in a B2B2C or partner-distributed model
  • Excellence in data-driven decision making
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Ability to innovate within legacy platform constraints and resource-constrained environments
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data security, and privacy requirements applicable to consumer credit and identity data
  • Experience leading product strategy and innovation in competitive, fast-moving markets
  • Track record of portfolio rationalization and product lifecycle optimization
  • Experience leading through multiple product/market cycles or a transition from growth to scale
  • Background in AI, including shipping customer-facing AI and understanding data-foundation requirements
  • Experience with subscription-based business models, acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and unit economics
  • Experience preparing product organizations for operational scale and efficiency
  • Ability to plan, organize, schedule, and budget efficiently
  • High degree of independence and ability to pursue priorities without prompting
  • Must handle sensitive consumer information confidentially and comply with privacy and data protection regulations
