About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand the project's communication challenges and opportunities, proposing strategic and creative solutions
  • Develop and implement integrated communication and marketing plans aligned with the initiative's objectives and goals
  • Plan and coordinate relationship-building and institutional positioning activities, such as campaigns, events, digital content, and supporting materials
  • Review executive presentations, reports, and communication materials for different audiences and management levels
  • Manage visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and coherence across communications
  • Coordinate suppliers, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines, quality, and strategic alignment
  • Monitor performance indicators and prepare performance and impact reports for communication and marketing initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary consulting and client teams, fostering alignment, engagement, and synergy
  • Support positioning strategies within innovation ecosystems, strengthening connections with companies, startups, and institutional partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience managing communications and marketing, preferably in consulting, innovation, or large-scale corporate project environments
  • At least 1 year of experience working on projects related to innovation ecosystems, digital transformation, or open innovation
  • Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messages
  • Proficiency in project management, communications, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Trello, Miro, Canva, Power BI, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide autonomous, consultative guidance on communications and corporate strategy
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategic Communications, Innovation, Marketing, or Project Management (preferred)
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language in addition to English, preferably Spanish or French (preferred)
  • Previous experience with corporate innovation projects or partnerships between companies and startups (preferred)
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, OKRs, and open innovation frameworks (preferred)
