About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze numerical data and written content, identify the key message, prioritize what is relevant, and discard what is not
  • Select appropriate charts, diagrams, or visual representations for each piece of information and ensure that the visual does not distort the numbers
  • Structure the narrative of presentations and reports, proposing a logical sequence for the content and handling the layout
  • Produce presentations and reports with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Transform processes, concepts, and complex information into clear, self-explanatory infographics and visual materials
  • Identify inconsistencies, gaps, or data that do not support the intended message before producing the material
  • Apply the organization’s visual identity consistently across all materials
  • Produce materials for social media, campaigns, and events, with a focus on communicating information clearly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Information Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field
  • Portfolio featuring examples of data visualization, infographics, reports, or presentations developed from complex information (mandatory requirement)
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and solid experience with Illustrator and InDesign
  • Familiarity with Excel: reading tables, performing basic calculations (percentages, variances, averages), and interpreting what the numbers show
  • Logical reasoning and strong ability to synthesize information
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles, including chart selection, visual hierarchy, and intentional use of color
  • Ability to independently organize and prioritize demands
  • Preferred: experience in consulting, data journalism, intelligence/BI, or strategy
  • Preferred: knowledge of Power BI, Flourish, Datawrapper, or Figma
  • Preferred: basic video editing and motion design skills
